2024-2026 Design services for a 38,200 SF renovation of an early education and youth development center in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood. The project transformed an aging facility into a modern community hub that supports early childhood education, youth development, family resources, literacy programs, and after-school care. Improvements included reconfigured learning and support spaces, updated interiors and exteriors, a new commercial kitchen serving three locations, and enhanced spaces for children of all ages. The renewed center provides children, families, and the broader community with the space, support, and dignity to thrive.
